Actively hiring Implementation / Consulting Odoo ERP Intern
OzonLayer IT Services is a specialised Odoo ERP integrator. As an Odoo ERP Intern you will help clients across multiple regions streamline their operations with Odoo, learning from senior consultants on real implementation projects.
This is a paid internship. It typically runs for 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. No prior Odoo experience is required: we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with requirement gathering and business process documentation
- Help configure Odoo modules under the guidance of senior consultants
- Participate in testing new features and system functionalities
- Prepare user guides and training documentation
- Provide basic support to end users and address queries
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams on projects
- Contribute to small configuration and data-entry activities
- Learn best practices for ERP deployment and maintenance
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business processes
- Solid planning skills, including task prioritisation and time management
- Clear communication skills for collaborating across regions
- Foundational finance knowledge for accounting and ERP workflows
- Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) is beneficial

What are the working hours?
Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We maintain a healthy work-life balance and understand the importance of flexibility when working across different time zones with international clients.
